Data we collect

• Business information: name, industry, city, address, phone, email
• Content you provide: photos, logos, copy, style preferences
• Conversation data with Emma (chat history)
• Technical data: IP address, browser, pages visited (visit statistics)

Purposes of processing

• Automated generation of your premium site by AI
• Hosting and maintenance of the delivered site
• Commercial communication (WhatsApp, email) related to your site
• Service improvement and anonymized usage analytics

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (creation form) and performance of the service contract (site generation and hosting).

Storage and security

Your data is hosted in Switzerland. Some processing relies on providers outside Switzerland, bound by contract. nLPD and GDPR compliant.

Google Calendar data

If you connect a Google Calendar (yours or a team member's), Stimhaus uses it only for appointments:

• reading busy and free time slots, to offer your customers available times;
• creating, updating or cancelling the appointments booked by Emma;
• following changes made in Google Calendar (moved or cancelled appointments), to keep your booking book up to date. For a team member's calendar, only busy slots are imported, without their title or content.

Stimhaus stores the access key provided by Google and the appointments in your booking book. This data is used only for booking appointments. Stimhaus does not sell it, does not use it for advertising and does not use it to train AI models.

You can disconnect a calendar whenever you want: from your dashboard, or by asking Emma to remove the person. The access key is then deleted at Stimhaus. You can also remove access from your Google account (myaccount.google.com/permissions): Stimhaus can then no longer read or change that calendar.

Stimhaus's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention period

Data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, your data is deleted within 30 days, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise (billing, tax archiving).

Your rights

Under nLPD and GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access to your data
• Right to rectification
• Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)
• Right to portability (data export)
• Right to object to processing
• Right to withdraw consent at any time

To exercise these rights, write to admin@stimhaus.ch. Reply within 30 days maximum.

Technical cookies and visit statistics, no advertising. Only with your consent, cookies that measure our campaigns. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Sub-processors

Stimhaus relies on sub-processors bound by contract, in Switzerland, the European Union and the United States, solely to deliver the service.
