Data we collect

• Business information: name, industry, city, address, phone, email
• Content you provide: photos, logos, copy, style preferences
• Conversation data with Emma (chat history)
• Technical data: IP address, browser, pages visited (via Umami, self-hosted in Switzerland)

Purposes of processing

• Automated generation of your premium site by AI
• Hosting and maintenance of the delivered site
• Commercial communication (WhatsApp, email) related to your site
• Service improvement and anonymized usage analytics

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (creation form) and performance of the service contract (site generation and hosting).

Storage and security

All data is stored on Infomaniak SA servers in Geneva (Switzerland). No data is transferred outside Switzerland. nLPD compliant (Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection) and GDPR compliant (EU). Protected under Art. 271 of the Swiss Criminal Code.

Retention period

Data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, your data is deleted within 30 days, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise (billing, tax archiving).

Your rights

Under nLPD and GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access to your data
• Right to rectification
• Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)
• Right to portability (data export)
• Right to object to processing
• Right to withdraw consent at any time

To exercise these rights, write to admin@stimhaus.ch. Reply within 30 days maximum.

Cookies

Stimhaus AI uses only the technical cookies required for the site to work, and Umami Analytics (self-hosted, no ad tracking, no third-party sharing). No marketing or profiling cookies.

To deliver the service, Stimhaus relies on the following sub-processors:

• Infomaniak SA (Geneva, Switzerland) — server hosting
• Anthropic (USA) — AI processing of conversations with Emma (no personal data stored on Anthropic's side)
• Twilio (USA) — WhatsApp and SMS delivery when enabled
• fal.ai (USA) — AI image generation for your site
