Data we collect

• Business information: name, industry, city, address, phone, email
• Content you provide: photos, logos, copy, style preferences
• Conversation data with Emma (chat history)
• Technical data: IP address, browser, pages visited (via Umami Analytics)

Purposes of processing

• Automated generation of your premium site by AI
• Hosting and maintenance of the delivered site
• Commercial communication (WhatsApp, email) related to your site
• Service improvement and anonymized usage analytics

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (creation form) and performance of the service contract (site generation and hosting).

Storage and security

Your data is hosted on Infomaniak SA servers in Geneva (Switzerland). Some processing relies on providers located outside Switzerland — see the "Sub-processors" section below. These transfers are limited to what the service requires and are governed by contractual safeguards. nLPD compliant (Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection) and GDPR compliant (EU).

Retention period

Data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, your data is deleted within 30 days, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise (billing, tax archiving).

Your rights

Under nLPD and GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access to your data
• Right to rectification
• Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)
• Right to portability (data export)
• Right to object to processing
• Right to withdraw consent at any time

Cookies

Stimhaus AI uses the technical cookies required for the site to work and Umami Analytics (visit statistics, no advertising cookies and no sharing for commercial purposes). Only with your explicit consent (via the cookie banner) do we also use advertising measurement cookies — Meta Pixel and Google Ads/Analytics — to evaluate our campaigns. No advertising cookie is set without your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
